To obtain a Test Certificate as an Approved Handler under the new Explosives Regulations which came out in 2003 you need to demonstrate to a Test Certifier that you have a thorough working knowledge of how to safely manage explosives and be able to demonstrate knowledge of the relevant provisions of the HSNO Act and regulations. This course has been designed to train students in both safe management of explosives and knowledge of the regulations.
