Teaching Excellence Awards
Council was delighted to present the inaugural TPP Teaching Excellence Awards at its meeting on Wednesday 28th March.
The successful staff members were:Emerging Tutor Award- Jointly awarded to Matt Scott (MAINZ Christchurch) and Kate Holmes (Greymouth Campus).
2012 Pounamu Award for Excellence in Teaching- The Outdoor Education Team of Joanna Parsons, Keith Riley, Paula Roberts, Phil Johnston and Geoff Button (Greymouth Campus).
- Runner Up for this award was Alan Brown (MAINZ Auckland).
Further awards to come include the Support/Admin Staff Excellence Award.
